I painted this picture of the Capitol building in Washington, D.C. based on a photograph I took circa 2002.
I am a self-taught artist. I work with various mediums including acrylic, watercolors, pastels, graphic arts, film, digital photography, and digital imaging. Much of my work involves mixed mediums. I am also a portrait artist and illustrator, heavily influenced and inspired by the communities in which I have lived.
